As physicians, our paramount commitment is to take excellent care of our patients.

In order to do that, we must take excellent care of ourselves.

The Purpose of the Mentorship Program:

To foster fellowship and to have physicians

supported emotionally & professionally

as they navigate their careers.

Some of what you can gain from having a Mentor:

  • Have a partner in networking and meeting other doctors if you’re new to the area

  • Have a partner when you’re struggling where you can effectively vent or clear with no judgement against you

  • Have an accountability partner for taking great care of yourself while you’re taking great care of your patients

  • Have a partner for brainstorming and possible suggestions on managing your finances and investments

  • Have a partner as you plan and navigate your career or your retirement
