Andy Dollahite, MD

Dr. Dollahite is a 1978 alumnus of Texas Christian University and a 1982 graduate from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston (McGovern Medical School). He completed an orthopedic surgery residency at the Campbell Clinic/University of Tennessee, in Memphis. He returned to Fort Worth in 1989 and practiced orthopedic surgery for 25 years. Between 2014 and 2022, he served the Texas Health Resources healthcare system as the Associate Chief Medical Officer and Chief Medical Officer at the Texas Health Fort Worth and Texas Health Azle hospitals, respectfully. He officially retired in May 1, 2022 and remains active at TCU with the undergraduate campus and school of medicine, and Texas Health Fort Worth Hospital with committee service and leadership roles within graduate medical education. His greatest claim to fame is that over 40 years ago he married his medical school classmate, Leslie Tatum. They started their family of four sons as residents; their oldest son has followed into medicine as a hospitalist.
