Please fill out the form and pay your $225 dues to become a Fort Worth Surgical Society Member. Dues go towards food at monthly meetings, 501c3 and CPA expenses, website maintenance, R.J. White expenses (travel, hotel, etc), Honorarium Plaques for new members, and postage. We also offer a mentoring program.
